I've had the signature dish, "mabo-dofu" in many locations including Chengdu and other cities in Sichuan or in Japan (sorry, I never felt like having this in US/EU), still I think here is the best place in this planet for this. The blend of oil, salts and spices are really incredible. Its not so extremely spicy but if you are not good for hot/spicy (chili/chinese pepper) foods, I guess this plate is not for you. People are almost always lining up here but the chef is quite fast for the signature dish (takes a bit more time for other dishes like cha-han) so you can usually expect a waiting time of 30 min or so. If you're from Osaka-station, go toward the "grand front" and take the underground passage to the "Sky building" and have a short walking about 5 min to south-west from there. Or you can enjoy some walking from Nakatsu-station of Hankyu railway or Osaka underground. The homemade "ra-yu", a spicy favored oil for 800 yen is also a must-buy, if you cook. 「中国菜 oil」さんに来訪です💁♂️ メディアでよく見ていてインスタでもよく見ていた お店でかなり行きたかったのですがタイミング合わず やっと来れることができました🥺✨ 忘年会シーズンで飲食店どこも満席でしたが 運良くたまたま予約を取ることができました✨ 麻婆豆腐がかなり人気とのことで楽しみです🙋♂️✨
