This is a Korean-Chinese resraurant from Paik Jong Won (judge from Netflix's Culinary Wars) located in the Shinsaibashi area of Osaka. We ordered jjajangmyun, jjampong and spicy fried chicken. Jjajangmyun was average, jjampong was a FAIL and spicy fried chicken was NOT IMPRESSIVE and portion was TOO SMALL for the price. This place may be popular amongst the locals but wasn't for me. This spot near Ebisu Bridge serves some of the best Jajangmyeon I've had! The noodles are perfectly chewy, and the black bean sauce is rich and flavorful. Authentic Korean taste in the heart of Dotonbori. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Definitely a must-try spot if you're craving authentic Korean...

モッチモチのタンスユクがたまらん🤤👏

韓国の有名な料理人👨‍🍳ペク・ジョンウォン先生の 大人気店が、ついに大阪の道頓堀にオープン‼︎ 早く食べたかったよー🤤🤤🤤

オープンして間もなく行ったのですが 並んでるお客様は韓国の方が多くて その人気っぷりを入る前から伺えました☺️ メニューの写真を忘れちゃって公式から引用 シンプルながら悩んじゃいます。。笑

そんな中一旦王道を食べようと ・チャンポン　　　¥830- ・チャジャン麺　　¥730- ・タンスユク小　　¥1,600- を注文♪

満席で大繁盛の中、10分くらいで麺類が登場！ タンスユクは後を追うこと大体5分後に。

*チャンポンは唐辛子の辛め味付け、太麺で柔らかい食感、海鮮は少なめ、旨味も少なめ、、

*チャジャン麺も太麺、甘めの味付けの中にも香ばしさがほのかに感じられて、なんだかクリーミー。 お子様から大人まで食べやすい味付けで、玉ねぎや豚肉などもいい感じに入っていて美味しい!

タンスユク、このモチモチさは初めて食べた食感で本当に感動！餅粉（チャプサル）を使っていて外はカリカリで本当にお餅のような食感⑅︎◡̈︎ 甘めのあんが、かかった状態で出てきます。 韓国ではかける派、つける派に分かれますが皆様はどうですか？私は...どっちも好きです😂

店員さんは明るく、雰囲気◎ メニューがシンプルなので長居するお店ではない印象で回転率が良いです(o´∀︎`o)ﾆｺｯ

個人的には、 チャンポンがそこまで感動的な味ではなくて少し残念でした...🙍‍♀️ チャジャン麺は食べやすく美味しかったのでおすすめなのと、チャジャンバプが美味しいと聞いたのでこちらが気になります🥺 タンスユクは小でもなかなかのボリュームです！餅粉を使っていることもあり腹持ちが良くて、2人で麺類それぞれとタンスユク小で十分満足できます←やや多かったくらい..笑

日本で韓国の味が食べれるようになって嬉しい💕 これを書きながらもタンスユクが恋しいな..�...
