I really enjoyed the food here. If I were to also evaluate this place based on the long waiting time and crowd, I'd definitely give this four stars, but I feel that wouldn't be fair as it's just a very popular destination. Besides, while waiting in the line, a very kind staff member was giving everyone water! Just maybe come here before very active dinner times, maybe around 6 or so, as even at 6 the line was already huge and we waited over 40 ish minutes before we were seated. When it's even later, good luck...
As for the food, it was definitely very good. I was really happy to find a no pork option, as me and my wife don't eat pork. We were able to order the type of ramen we want before getting to the booths (while waiting in the line), and when we got to the booth we could specify different things including spice level. I like spicy, so I went with level 2 as if you wanted something even spicier you could write your own number up to 10 and 2 was the "very spicy" option. I'm happy I didn't go any higher, 2 was already pretty hot, it's scary to imagine what anything higher would be like let alone level 10!
I ordered extra eggs because they are probably one of my favorite things to eat with ramen, and extra beef. Definitely worth it as it made the meal very filling.
One unrelated thing to the food though, for tall people, be aware that your knees are basically gonna have no space while you sit so you'll just have to sit with them awkwardly spread. But if that's not a problem for you to eat some great food, then definitely...

The ramen was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The noodles were firm (just how I like them), and the pork slices were tender and tasty.
