AKASH is a "famous restaurant that has endured in this area."
I heard from a friend of a friend that there are Bombay Kitchen and Tara Kitchen nearby, but, for many years they struggled as subcontractors.
Then, in recent years, after struggling to go independent and inviting a group of customers, a commotion broke out at the entrance, with the father and daughter from Bombay Kitchen and Tara Kitchen shouting, "This is just our subordinates! AKASH betrayed us! The food is terrible! Come to our restaurants! This restaurant has a number on the sign, right? This is Pakistan, not India!"
When I asked, the owner simply said, "You please just decide based on the taste and the service."
Of course, both the taste and the service were excellent. This restaurant is Rajasthan, so it's an Indian restaurant, and even if it does have a number, you can enjoy both Pakistani and Rajasthani cuisine. It's wonderful.
Japan is the land of samurai, and Rajasthan is the land of Indian samurai. They probably wouldn't lie, but I wanted to confirm, so I went to the other restaurants as well. However, AKASH wins in both tastes and services.

They're located on the second floor. The staff were nice. Please know that they give a lot of naan 😂 so consider that when ordering.
Don't be put off by the pictures at the entrance as they do not give the actual food any justice.
