DONT BE FOOLED BY ALL YOU CAN EAT AND PHOTOS - this is a tiny bar that allows smoking after 10pm so not kid friendly. Also, service was so ridiculously slow that I feel it's their tactics to make you think you really can order all you can eat within 90 minutes when in fact they take so long (forgottened more likely) to bring out your dish so you spend half your mealtime waiting for more meat and vegetables to go into your empty pot of sukiyaki that has dried up. Yes we were a big group of 8 and it means our plate of meat went quickly but it doesn't mean I had to ask for my next order of meat more than twice to the same waiter. It's just raw meat and vegetables, how can they not have that readily available at an all you can eat place! Left feeling v unhappy with their service and food was average. Beef slices had alot of fat so we couldn't chew or swallow half of it. Don't waste your time...
Read moreWe recently dined here and had a mixed experience. The service was inconsistent—while the foreign server was attentive and quick to fulfill our requests, the local staff often forgot what we asked for and didn’t extend the same courtesy, like asking about dietary preferences (e.g., if we eat pork), which we noticed was done for other tables.
As for the food, the wagyu used in the sukiyaki was inconsistent as well. Half was tender, flavorful, and lived up to expectations, but the other half, while visibly marbled, was surprisingly tough.
Cleanliness also needs attention. The floors were noticeably sticky, likely due to oil buildup that hadn’t been properly cleaned.
Overall, some highlights but definitely room for improvement in both service and maintenance. This restaurant has good potential but still needs to standardize their service and...
Read moreIt is located on the 2nd floor. Do take note if you have a stroller, you will need to climb a few steps before you reach the lift to go up to 2nd floor. Reservation is recommended as it is a small place. There will be no place to put your stroller so you need to fold it up. There is counter and table seats. Menu wise they have English, Chinese and Korea language. We took the 6000 yen buffet. They do charge my 4 yr old half price although she ate a little only. Given the small place and they given us 4 seater table, it is reasonable thou but if you feel that it is not worth the price for the kid, I will not recommend families with young kids to visit. The pork and the beef is good and the staff (who can speak English) is helpful. they are abit short handed though. Personally I will not visit again unless my kid...
