This matcha class was such a beautiful and memorable experience! Our host, Serin, was absolutely amazing so funny, warm, and full of energy. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She shared the history and tradition behind matcha in such a fun and engaging way that we were completely drawn in. Making the tea together felt calming and special, and Serin’s passion really shone through. She even took the time to give us her own personal recommendations of what to do in Osaka, which made the experience feel even more personal and meaningful. We left feeling so happy, relaxed, and inspired, it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We’d 100% come back again. Thank you, Serin, for such a wonderful experience! 💚🍵

Stumbled upon this place when looking for matcha in Osaka and thought instead of just buying matcha I can take a quick class and learn about it and I’m so glad I did! It’s a bit hard to find the spot but Takara came downstairs to meet me at class start time. It’s on the third floor of the Galleria Akka building, so walk up those stairs! Staff here is so friendly, they offered for me to take the sushi making class before matcha making but unfortunately didn’t have time to do so. I definitely will do both next time I’m back in Japan! I ended up having a private 1:1 with Takara. She is soooo sweet and helpful. Loved this experience. Thank you!

class was so fun and informative !! our teacher, shota, is very good at his job and answered all of our questions. the class is taught entirely in english, and the experience was very smooth (guide is very proficient in the language)! it's 6 to a class and includes the sweets, definitely a steal and would recommend to anyone who likes matcha :)

side note, finding the building is a bit difficult; there's a few signs, but it's in the back of the alleyway on the 3rd floor! the building hosts both a sushi making class and the matcha making class. you have to take the stairs unfortunately, there is no elevator to...
