Visited this place in a group mixed with foreigners and 1 other Japanese. I ordered their seasonal peach pancake, but even after my friends had finished their meal, the pancake was not served. They did not miss taking my order since the staff clearly mentioned “tea for cake set” when serving my tea. So when we checked with the only male staff working during this period on our order, he told us that the peach pancake was finished, and recommended us to order the other pancake. I ultimately ordered peach shortcake instead. As we were about to leave the cafe, we saw the table near ours (with two Japanese young ladies) being served the very same peach pancake. So we asked the same male staff why it was not served to us, which he responded with a single liner that because the pancake took time. If that is the case, why recommend another pancake to us? It is alright to admit that you missed our order, but lying directly to us, not once but twice, is unprofessional. Just because we are foreigners does not mean we don’t understand Japanese. Greatly disappointed with the service and this whole dishonesty and lack of remorse spoilt our meal experience.

Visited on 6th January 2021 lunch time. Although there are only five lunch dishes in the menu (included one pasta. The food are really great. Delicious, nutritious, rare to see, with enough volume. They put some citrus in the water. You can feel the friendliness from the staff. If they provided a little butter or jam for the toast, that will make the gratin dish perfect. The price is acceptable. Superior restaurant with balance nutrition. Worth to visit again and again and deserve...

Tried the signature pancake. It was a bit dense on the inside (not the fluffy kind). As you pair it with the cold cream and fruits, every mouthful was well balanced with the sweetness of the cream and pancake and slight sourness of the fruits. It doesn’t leave a starchy aftertaste as well. A quiet cafe to relax and kickback after much walking...
