The service was terrible and the food took forever to come out. Portion sizes were extremely small so make sure you order a LOT at the beginning if you end up coming. Rice came out after 45 minutes of sitting here. There were seven of us at the table and we got one tiny grill. We asked (in Japanese) for another grill as other tables had either two or three people at their tables but were denied. Asked again a second time stating that our party was more than double, sometimes triple other tables but they said no and that they had too many reservations to accommodate us. Our table was two tables pushed together. When we asked if we had made two separate reservations we would have gotten two grills, they said yes. The restaurant did not have enough grills for the amount of tables that they had. Also the tongs broke, they gave us a new one which was also broken. We ordered four orders of fried chicken and got one while the table next to us who got here 30+ minutes after got multiple orders of chicken while we were sitting here.
