The staff was nice. It was an elderly man who also worked as the cook. Maybe because I went around midnight, he was the only one there. But he was really kind.

We ordered omurice and what I think was a fish cutlet. Normally, omurice comes with meat and rice inside, but he used onion instead of meat. The taste wasn’t bad at all, though I think it would’ve been even better with meat. The fish cutlet was definitely the better one — we liked it more. He served it with a meat plate, rice, and miso soup, and everything tasted good.

absolutely adore this place - have been here twice since staying in osaka. the lady who has been serving us in the morning is extremely welcoming and kind, asking us where we are from and recommending places for us to shop and telling us about events in the local area. despite being sensitive to smoke, i love the vibe of this place, and japanese ciggies don’t stink as bad as aussie ones, lol. the food is also not too bad, got pancakes one day and yakiudon this time. the lattes are also not too bad. i’ll never forget this place, our kind server, and how comforting the...

Called ahead the day before to see if we could visit and was told it would be okay and that there was an English menu, only to arrive the next day and be told we couldn't eat there even though they clearly had space. Not friendly to groups...
