Midway through the massage, the manager from the salon we’d originally reserved suddenly showed up in person to check on us, which left us utterly surprised. By then, the mistake was irreversible. When leaving, we apologized to the correct salon’s manager, but the frustration remained—especially since my wife couldn’t receive the facial treatment she’d specifically booked.

While the staff was courteous, the massage itself was mediocre, and we regret not speaking up earlier when things felt unclear during check-in. This confusion unfortunately cast a shadow over our last day in Osaka. We cannot recommend this salon and urge others to verify their reservation...

I visited this place expecting a 5-star massage based on Google reviews, but unfortunately, it was far from what I expected. The therapists were constantly talking to each other during the session, which ruined the relaxing atmosphere. The massage itself felt like it could have been done by a basic massage chair—there was no skill or variation in the strokes.

Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with how they exposed my body unnecessarily during the massage, and the price was definitely not justified for the service provided. After my visit, I noticed they offer a 500 yen discount to people who leave a 5-star review on Google, which explains the high rating. I wish I had known this before. Definitely not worth it...
