Only when i insisted that it's one of the amenities stated at booking, then she reluctantly handed us a pocket wifi - we booked 3 rooms. Only when she insisted, she handed us 3 pocket wifi and only 1 worked.||Upon arriving at our rooms, hygiene is appalling. clusters of hair were found swept under the bed and chairs, microwave with splattered with gravy, beddings and towels with hair ... cups in the cabinet were not cleaned, leftover food from previous tenant still in fridge.||At check-in, the lady reminded us not to wear shoes into the living area ; that's japanese etiquette (understood), but visitors to Japan are also highly appreciative of how neat and attention to cleanliness Japanese are, not to mention Japanese businesses offering hospitality as a service. Read moreTo whom it may concern, I would like to bring to your attention my not so favourable experience with PG Kuromon Hotel in Osaka. The images portray clean, modern, somewhat spacious twin room with a private bathroom. Upon arrival we picked up our key from an unlocked letterbox, accessible to the public with name and room number in plain sight. The room had a damp odour, some form of splatter all over the walls and the images available online were not at all a clear representation of the unsatisfactory accomodation. Did not feel comfortable spending the two nights there, booked elsewhere.
Returned the following day, staff showed no concern, made no eye contact, very rude, on her phone entire time. Did not allow a refund, despite the fact that we had to leave immediately and the room was left dirty upon our arrival.
I would strongly deter you from booking your accommodation at the PG...
