I recently visited a hidden gem that completely exceeded my expectations. We went there after dinner, so we didn't eat, but we still stayed there for a while and had some drinks. It's a very touristy spot (we're tourists ourselves) by the riverside with a mix of popular music playing. We liked the fact that you can sit outside, have a bite and a beer and watch the crowds walk by. We were served by Matsu Rena and the service was very good. She was friendly and attentive and fluent in English. We were asked to leave a review mentioning her in exchange for a free drink and they in fact took a drink off our bill. Our review would have been positive either way, just be aware that this tactic is used here. That's why everyone is referring to their server. We deducted some stars for atmosphere mostly due to the fact that party boats dock right beside the bar, which isn't their fault but still creates a weird mashup of wildly different party songs mixing in with the bars own music. Also we weren't the biggest fans of the big TV outside but that's personal taste. Another plus, for us at least, is that you can smoke at the table if you ask for an ashtray. All in all we wouldn't necessarily come back but still recommend the place if you're in for an experience with some other tourists and staff that speaks...
