I approached one of the staff members to assist me and my wife in choosing from the available options or varieties of a specific product. As I approached her, I politely asked for her assistance. However, she responded by repeatedly saying, “What? What? What?” in a dismissive tone. 💯 poker face

I calmly explained myself again, clarifying the reason I was asking for help. Despite this, she continued to stand there, seemingly uninterested and giving me the impression that she thought I was incapable or did not know what I was doing.

In response, I said, “Okay, you might be having a hard day I understand,” in a respectful and composed manner. Surprisingly, she simply replied with “Okay” while smirking.

This clearly showed a lack of concern for customer service and an overall unwillingness to help. She appeared visibly dissatisfied with her job. She was wearing brown, square-shaped eyeglasses and had her hair in a ponytail. Chinese/Japanese looking boyish kinda look.

Staff is not friendly. Was there to shop and my friend is having stomachache all of a sudden after our dinner. It was very sharp pain and he needed toilet so badly that he ask the staff if he can borrow the toilet. Maybe because we are foreigners and we speak English, so the male staff did not react well. We accept that if you do not want to borrow your staff toilet to us but could you at least please reject us nicely instead of glaring at us and say no toilet. I wouldn't even give one star. Staff was extremely rude. The second I stopped one of them and tried to ask a question, they interrupted me and walked off. Someone else came but when I asked my question, they seemed in a hurry to get me out of the store by giving me a super quick, simple answer which wasn't helpful at all.
