Food: delicious and of high quality. Jakir was our main server and recommended some perfect cuts to start our meal. My husband and I especially liked the wagyu rump that was recommend. You order on a tablet as you go and the order-to-receive time is quick, which is nice because they give you small servings at a time but with the fast service it’s not a problem.
Service: My husband and I originally went to a sister store here (there are three locations really close to each other!) and they were booked! Hugo, a server at the first one we visited, immediately offered to walk us to the store we ended up dining at, even calling in advance to ensure we got a table. I have never had such service before. He took care of our umbrellas to give us plenty of space at the table, and actually came back around later in our meal to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Jakir, who was our main server, also checked in regularly alongside two others ( a young man and lady whose names I didn’t get). It felt like a level of service I’ve never received, almost to the point of feeling embarrassed (and thoroughly delighted) like we were VIPs.
Atmosphere: like I mentioned, this location was a sister store to the original one we went to. It is on the second floor and they’re doing some stair remodeling, but that wasn’t an issue. Hugo kindly brought us and sourced us a booth. It was warm and all of the staff came across as gregarious. The seats were comfortable, the table was clean, and the lighting was inviting.
We’re only here for a short time, but if we lived here we would make time for this place again and again. Definitely a highlight of our...
