The food itself was absolutely fantastic — perfectly breaded beef cutlets, crispy on the outside and tender, juicy, and flavorful on the inside. Now, to the important part!! THE FOOD. Let me just say, the Wagyu is a game-changer. If you’re a Wagyu lover (or even if you're not yet), you need to try it here. The gyukatsu (breaded, deep-fried Wagyu beef) was an absolute highlight, perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and just packed with flavor. The quality of the beef was top-notch, as you'd expect from a restaurant that specializes in this dish. Each bite was a melt-in-your-mouth experience and you can even choose how you want your doneness.
The other dishes were just as impressive. The sides/set from the miso soup to the rice perfectly complemented the meal. I especially loved the curry sauce and onsen egg as a dipping sauce that added a whole new layer of flavor to the beef.
The hype? It lived up to it. The flavors, the texture of the meat, it was all exceptional!
