Harbs — Restaurant in Osaka

On 8th January 2025, I visited Harbs at Shinsaibashi, located inside Paco Mall, after reading some glowing online reviews.

Harbs is well-known for its fresh handmade cakes and exceptional beverages, making it a must-try destination for dessert enthusiasts.

Their signature Mille Crêpes cake, a favorite among patrons for its layers of delicate crepes and fresh cream, was unfortunately sold out during my visit.

Instead, I tried their White Chocolate Cake, which was creamy, indulgent, and perfectly balanced in sweetness—definitely living up to its reputation.

To complement the cake, I ordered their cold brew coffee, which was impressive. The robust and rich flavors of the coffee beans came through beautifully, creating a great pairing with the dessert.

The café’s atmosphere is calm and inviting, providing a relaxing escape from the busy streets of Shinsaibashi. It wasn’t overly crowded, making it a pleasant spot to enjoy some downtime.

In addition to desserts, Harbs also serves pasta, along with an excellent variety of coffee and tea.

The Harbs served wrong dishes . The waiter has extremely bad attitude when he is the one to blame. The restaurant is lack of management. 1.The restaurant serves the wrong dishes at first. I thought maybe the waitress gets it wrong,but it doesn’t matter. After I almost finish the pasta, the cakes and drinks hadn’t been served ,which was almost 40minutes has passed. There is another pasta served on my table. I realize the restaurant must be served the first one dish wrongly.Then I asked the waitress whether the dishes haven’t been served wrong. 4.A male waiter came by with unfriendly face, question me whether I ate the second dishes or not. Very bad experience in this shop. There’s still have some cakes in the fridge and then we go inside and take a seat. We having wait about 5mins that they place the order for us. After that, so many cakes sold out. But actually the cakes still available when we get into the shop. Since we’ve already sitting down, we chose one of the cake that they left. The shop has minimum charge that everyone need to order a drink. But we have wait for about 20mins for the drink and it just a tea, a cup of ice and honey. They don’t need to do any thing for this but need to wait for such a long time! How come? P.S the shop only have 30% guest in the shop, don’t know what are they busying for and need to wait for such a long time for all the things that they don’t really...
