The manager of this restaurant was cold and unfriendly. The way she interacted with her staff was extremely rude. I feel so sorry for the staff who work here. We waited for a long time after placing our order, but two dishes never arrived. After waiting for about an hour, I tried to approach the manager several times during the wait but received no response whatsoever.
After the extended wait, we approached another staff member and finally learned that those two dishes had not even been ordered in the first place. I was quite sure that I had made the order, as I even confirmed the number of dishes with the manager, who responded unwillingly. Surprisingly, the manager who initially took our order did not come forward to apologize, despite being the one responsible for the mistake and her rude behavior.
In the end, only two of the night-shift staff members came out to apologize. However, our perception of the manager remained negative due to her unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers. To be frank, I'm quite upset. I've spent some time in Japan and understand the language. Never before have I encountered such a situation or experienced such disrespectful service. Based on my observations, this is an unacceptable way to treat customers, particularly by using impolite language (without Keigo) with both customers and staff members, and refusing to take responsibility and let the staff apologize for her mistakes.
I will not come to this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to others. I sincerely hope this establishment works on improving its service quality and treats everyone, including staff members, with politeness. Especially in these challenging times of finding employees, it's crucial to create a more pleasant dining experience...

Best garlic rice I've had so far! Rice was separated well and could taste every grain as the egg covers each one with the garlic. The Kobe Beef was very rich and melted well in the mouth, the garlic chips was a nice addition too!
The yakisoba had great flavour, the tendon was cooked more like a stew already and was added into the yakisoba on the teppanyaki. It was very saucey and I combined some with my garlic rice which was great!
Misaki cooked up my meal and she did an amazing job! Staff was very friendly and welcoming and fun to chat to. Would come back the next time I visit Osaka! 😊

またまたパルコでびっくり店に出会いました。 一年ほど前に初めて伺った際のお食事、スタッフさんの印象が良くて再訪しましたが、 いやあ、参った参った。
