Hinata Umeda — Restaurant in Osaka

The worst restaurant I’ve experienced in Japan. First, the seats are disgusting. I did not want to eat in a restaurant that dirty. I felt gross even sitting down. I asked the waitress and she apologized saying that the seats are fabric so people spill. I decided to leave and they said cancelling a reservation would incur a penalty and they charged 3300 yen per person. Average food. Roast beef was tough, chicken mayo was good, other chicken dishes not so. Smoking is allowed so not so pleasant. Service was friendly. Could not decide what type of restaurant it was as it offered a hybrid of western and oriental cuisine. We actually went there because we did not book in advance restaurants in Osaka. Big mistake....

予約してお伺いしました。 19:30予約でしたが、道が混んでいて20:00に変更して頂き融通が効くお店だなと好印象で、来店して先に案内された時も店内の感じも印象は悪くなかったのですが、強いて言うなら席は狭いなと思いました。

そして、飲み物のみQRコードでの注文でフードも2品ずつの提供でグラス・お皿交換制なのもフードロス削減なら仕方ないかなと思いました。最初のフードに1ポンドお肉と蒸し牡蠣を頼みましたが10分ほど掛かり、スピードメニューを頼もうと1品食べ終わり店員さんに生ハムを注文し、もう1品食べ終わった時に別の店員さんにサーモンユッケを頼みました。

ですが10分経っても一向に来ず、先ほどのお肉と蒸し牡蠣よりも遅かったのですが店内も少し賑やかだったので待ちました。30分経っても来なかったのでドリンクを頼み店員さんに聞くと『1ポンドお肉と蒸し牡蠣で追加フードはお伺いしていない』と言われました。

それで食べ放題の意味はわからないし、そちら側のミスなので、結局4品までお伺いします。と対応されましたが時間を伸ばすこともなく終わりました。

こちらもどの店員さんに言ったのかも忘れましたが、誰1人として申し訳ないと言う態度も見れなかったし、半個室で座敷なのに店員さんの足音がやけに大きくいちいち話が遮られるほどです。

あと、20時〜22時の間にお手洗いを3回ほど行きましたがずっと汚い！ 下に敷いてある黒いビニールがぐちゃぐちゃだし、ゴミ箱も倒れている状態。

お会計をして帰り際も店員1人として出てこず、ありがとうございましたも無し。

こんな失敗した店は初めてでした。 料理はそこまで悪くないのに本当に勿体無いなと思います。
