HUB LINKS UMEDA — Restaurant in Osaka

I don’t often share reviews as generally things can go wrong for whatever reason, however thought this was worth sharing.

We visited 3 different locations of this same company, being send from one to another by its teams, to find our sports games, and still failed as information was wrong.

Yes you read it right, one entire “sports” bar with 4-5 screens can only broadcast 1 game at the time. Very strange for a sports bar (maybe remove the “S”).

Take also the “S” away from service as there is none - yes enough people to tell you to go and order yourself and handle your own business.

Last point - British? If you consider Google translate, maybe. None of the team spoke a word of English except “sorry”, let alone know the name of a sport.

Overall disappointing experience, will definitely never come back, maybe other travelers...

As far as Hubs go this is one of the better ones. Although, like all Hubs it is a little expensive th staff are very nice and friendly. The lunch food was pretty good and reasonably priced but the beer is still a little on the pricey side. There is free wifi available here and also plug sockets for charging your phone or device. The staff can provide you with charger if you need one which is very helpful and much appreciated. Overall a good place to come if you need to kill a few hours. Crucially this Hub opens a lot earlier than most...

A popular English pub chain inside a mall. The place is quite spacious compared to their neighborhood izakayas and bars. The food and drinks is standard Hub. The good (or bad) thing about this branch is that you don't have to go outside the Umeda underground walking area to access this place. It may be crowded at peak hours which might deter...
