Le Croissant Tenjinbashi is a true hidden gem nestled along the bustling Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street. I stumbled upon it during a morning walk, drawn in by the warm aroma of freshly baked bread wafting from the entrance—and I’m so glad I did.

The interior is cozy and modern, with a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a light breakfast or an afternoon coffee break. The display case is packed with golden, buttery croissants, flaky pastries, and a tempting variety of both sweet and savory options. I tried the classic butter croissant, the matcha cream danish, and a ham & cheese croissant. Each was outstanding—the butter croissant was crispy on the outside, airy and soft on the inside, with a rich, deep flavor that only comes from real butter and skillful baking. Their coffee menu complements the pastries well. I had a cappuccino, which was smooth and well-balanced, served hot and foamy with beautiful latte art. It’s clear they care as much about their coffee as they do about their baking.

The staff were warm, polite, and quick to assist. Even during a fairly busy morning, they kept the line moving efficiently while still taking time to answer questions about the pastries.

What I really appreciate is the attention to quality and detail. Le Croissant Tenjinbashi doesn’t just look like a Parisian-style bakery—it delivers on taste, presentation, and experience.

私の好みの味ではなかったです。

↓購入した商品↓ ・卵入りカレーパン とろーりとした半熟卵入りのカレーパンが好みなのですが、こちらはしっかり固茹でされたゆで卵(煮卵？)入りでした。カレーもスパイス感はあまりなく、卵の味に負けており、生地もサクサクがこのみなのですが、こちらはザクザクした感じで場所によって分厚いザクザクや全くザクザクしない所などむらがありました。 また、うっすら石油のような油の風味がありあまり美味しくなかったです。

・砂糖でコーティングされたミニドーナツ カレーパンと同じく石油のような油の味だけがダイレクトにあり、1口食べて辞めました。パンの味は全くなかったです。

・カリカリ塩パン 塩パン好きでパン屋さんで必ず買う商品なのですが、外はサクサク、中はもっちり、バターがうっすらジュワ〜っとするのが好みです。 こちらのは、名前？のとおり、カリカリすぎてその食感が最後まで強すぎてパンの中の食感が全く感じられず、カリカリしたバター風味の何かを食べている感じでした。

・プチクロワッサン バターがきいており美味しかったのですが、少し甘すぎました。バターメインか、甘さメインかどちらかにしてほしかったです。

・明太子フランス 明太子フランスもパン屋さんで必ず買う商品です。こちらのは、明太子がとにかく塩辛い！塩辛すぎて最後まで食べるのが辛かったです。バターの風味も全くなく、パンの上に塩辛い明太子なだけでした。唐辛子の辛さが効いていた点は良かったです。
