It’s a restaurant that specializes in Japanese hamburger steaks and I loved my experience here. We got the most popular menu item with Demi glace and Japanese sauce. The wait was longer than usual but the server gave us some clear broth as an appetizer.

The hamburger steaks themselves were hot, and very good. The fried egg on top also added an extra layer of richness and they all went perfectly with the bowl of rice.

It wasn’t the cheapest meal we’ve had but I think it’s worth checking out if...

June 2023 Dinner If I only had an option to go to a single restaurant in Japan, this would be my first pick.

Yeah, I'm not a salad person, yet this steamed vege with greens was the best salad that I've had. The hamburger steak was also exquisite and flamboyant. The meat was juicy, perfectly cooked - crunchy on the surface, chunky yet soft - and the demi sauce was at its own league.

Will definitely revisit for lunch and dinner!

백사장님이 연돈 찾을때 느낌이랄까 졔가 그느낌은 모르지나 여는 제 일본 음식점 리스트 최애픽이레예.

그냥완벽합니더 셀러드도 그렇고 물고기도 그렇고 함박도 다그냥 이돈주고 거의 미슐랭 스리스타도 안부러울 맛입니다.

여는또올끼예 맛을 어째표현할수없을정도로 맛있으예. 그냥 와 합니다이.

ランチでハンバーグをいただく。 結論から言うと、美味しい、濃い、 いやらしくない濃さが楽しめる。 広くに満足してもらえそうな味。

タワマンの1階にあり、一瞬、なぜこんな所に？ と思うような場所に、美味しいハンバーグや 肉、玉子を出すお店がある。

見つけにくい場所なので、少し離れたところに 小さな立看板でアピール。これにピンと来た。 オフィス街、近くに500円ほどでお弁当を 提供してる店も散見する中、1000円からの ハンバーグ。 素材もアピールしてる。

これは行ってみる価値あるのでは？と。 当たりです。 星4の人の他の評価を見てください。 ほとんど5の飲食店がない。 ほぼ最高なのに、4つけてるっぽい。 素直に5をつけます。

小洒落た感もあるのに、タワマン住人なのか、 お馴染みさんも平日昼から利用してる。 お店の人も感じよさげ。

熊本県産の黒毛和牛のイチボやウチヒラの ステーキも提供してるので、チャレンジ してみたい気もする。熊本ってあか牛推し。 あっちはサシの少ない赤身の美味しい肉。 黒毛和牛の方が生産農家は高く売れるので どうせならと黒毛に流れたなどの経緯も なぜだか知ってる。 どんなものか、そのうち行ってみよう。 素材をうまく”料理”...
