I recently had the pleasure of trying a truly exceptional ramen bowl that would delight even the most discerning foreign palate. The highlight of the dish was undoubtedly the flavorful broth, which was deeply infused with the rich umami of katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes). This depth of flavor was balanced perfectly with other ingredients, creating a harmonious and satisfying taste. What truly sets this ramen apart is its accessibility. Despite the complexity of flavors, the dish is surprisingly approachable, making it a great introduction to Japanese ramen for first-time diners. Furthermore, the price is quite reasonable, offering excellent value for money. In conclusion, this ramen experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of a delicious katsuobushi-based broth, a balanced flavor profile, and an affordable price point makes it a must-try for anyone seeking authentic...

On a family trip to Osaka, we were craving some good ramen, so we decided to try this restaurant near our hotel, the Intercontinental. It turned out to be a hidden gem! The ramen was fantastic—the broth had incredible depth and richness, packed with flavor in every spoonful and noodles just cooked right. None of us speak much Japanese, but that didn’t matter. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and we all felt right at home. The ramen was so delicious that all five of us finished our bowls down to the last drop! It was so good that we ended up coming back again just before we had to leave Osaka. If you’re nearby, this place is a must-visit! Please note that they...

The ramen was very delicious, i thought it was made from pork broth and not from chicken. It was creamy like a tonkotsu broth. The seasoning is just right. The ramen noodle was firm but because the broth was piping hot the ramen softened in just a few seconds. The charsiu was lean but it went perfectly well with the savory ramen broth. Service was quick and the staff was very accomodating. It perfect alternative to people who don't like pork as you could order ramen without pork and have it with a seasoned boiled egg. The place was small but dividers are placed in...
