The goods are beautifully placed, the staff are wonderful and sweet & attentive even when we weren’t actively asking to try on things. They stand and be there for you but don’t hound/ be excessively salesy.

I truly enjoy shopping at Komehyo Umeda. The staff’s service attitude is outstanding, especially Shao. She was incredibly patient and honest, she pointed out a small defect in a bag I was considering, something I hadn’t even noticed myself. Her transparency really impressed me.
