Wendy’s First Kitchen Umeda Shibata-cho Shop — Restaurant in Osaka

Always order their Tomato Sauce Pasta with Mozzarella and Bacon set with flavoured fries or chili cheese fries and heres are my review of it.

PASTA

It's watery a bit.

Its NOT your Typical italian or western pasta.

Lack of tomato sauce

Bacon is just a few pieces

It's serve warm not the your typical hot pasta

FRIES

Takoyaki/ Cheesse Kimchi flavoured fries are nice

Chili cheese fries go cold quickly and hardened in time because of the cheese

BONUS: I tried it when my dad ordered it.

It's bland

It's not spicy

It's watery

It's not your typical authentic thick chili

COKE FLOAT DRINK

It's a coke with a sunday ice cream on top

Most westerners would find the place quite small/ cramped/ stuffed so if youre the type of people that want big space please be advice that this restaurant is small.

You clean after yourself

Toilet is really really small ( MENS ) I don't know about the women

I've put 5 star because I like the over all experience of it from service, atmosphere and food, YES it's NOT the authentic or your typical reiterations of the said dishes or a big portion as the ones in the western part of the world, YES it's NOT the typical service you'll get any parts of the world because its most likely better, YES the atmosphere is DIFFERENT and place small/ cramped/ stuffed but I do still quite love It.

The food is fresh 4/5 times, but sometimes the fries can be a bit salty and soggy. Service is usually always good but cleanliness is an issue. The biggest concern I have is the cleanliness.. the restaurant doesn't give off a clean feel and seems like it needs some refurbishing- the air con is particularly disgusting and I have had dirt/dust blown into my food before which was quite off-putting!! The air ducts also don't seem to be operating well as the place always smells strongly of oil and grease- when I leave my clothes smell like they've been soaked in the grease, which is a shame because I quite like going to...

Cheaper than McDonald's, and maybe more wholesome. The fries can't compete with McDonald's, but some of the breakfast sandwiches are great! Not to mention inexpensive salad combos and (somewhat) healthier options, First Kitchen (ファッキン to the locals) defeats McDonald's in the price category.

This location, though, gets frequented by some homeless people and often has people sleeping overnight. The walls upstairs are a little damaged and there is a strange lingering smell. Please work on the cleanliness of this...
