Avoid at all cost. Nightmare dining experience for us. Wasn’t given a table even though I had reserved one. Was offered an 18” wide ‘bar’ seat for wife and me in the entry way of the 3rd floor. To appease me, they offered me a 10% discount for not seating us at a table. Wasn’t worth it, but we (I) foolishly stayed because I wanted to eat crab. Was repeatedly bumped into by completely non-English speaking waitstaff (or even willing to attempt google translate) who regularly came rushing by but never for us. Wife accidentally dumped a large plate of sauce on my lap as there was no room to eat or cook on the mini stove. Certainly no room to handle king crab. Restaurant occupies floors 2 - 4 of a typical Osaka club area building and is a fire disaster waiting to happen. Any fire in this restaurant and there is no effective way to safely evacuate. Few noticeable fire sprinklers in the ceiling. Air handlers for ventilation completely useless in removing smoke from dining areas. 100% guarantee we are going to hear about a mass casualty disaster at this place in 2025. Ordered ‘all you can eat king crab’. Crab was very good; only positive aspect of the entire experience. Was barely served 3 orders of king crab no matter how many times I called for service on the Line app, no one showed up. Not worth the aggravation. I’ve never written a bad review before or any review but this experience was so bad that I’m utterly disappointed. terrible service, terrible food, terrible atmosphere, everything was terrible except for the male servers who helped/served our table. One of the female servers with the light brown hair gave us attitude and looked like she didn’t want to serve/help us. She didn’t even acknowledge our presence or tried to help us when we walked in but instead, walked away and talked to her coworkers. It could be a misunderstanding but it looked like she was making fun at us. When we sat at our table, we were missing some plates and sauces and they didn’t even notice till we were more than half way through our timed meal. we are definitely never going to come back here ever again. By far the worst restaurant we’ve ever been to in Japan. If I could give it a zero star I would but again, thank you to the male servers who delivered our food with respect and good service. Do not go here. First they sat us in the ghetto dining room until I asked to move to a different table. Then they took us upstairs to the main dining room that you see in pictures. We had made reservations to have the AYCE KING CRAB which is their highest priced package on the menu. When they brought our first batch of crab there were 2 large legs of King Crab and the rest of the basket was filled with Snow Crab. I told the waiter that we didn’t want Snow Crab, we came to eat the King Crab that they advertised. After discussing it with his manager he told us that they only had 5 pieces of King Crab available total and when they run out we will be given Snow Crab. I said that wasn’t going to happen while I pay the premium price for King Crab. I told him that we were leaving and I made it clear that I wasn’t going to be charged anything.
