I wanted to try a bit of everything... Ended up there's this "set menu" of their noodle, fried rice and the fried dumpling (called Gyoza) #FlavourExplosion! 💥 The gyoza? Packed with so much flavor, and follow my picture on how to let it soak with maximum vinegar for maximum flavour (bathe it in a spoon tub). 🥟💃 And the fried rice? Finish it with the dumpling before the noodle 🍚
