Hoshino-coffee Namba-Sennichimae — Restaurant in Osaka

This place was horrible. They made us sit outside despite there being room inside. Then they don’t even give us menus and ask for our order. We tell them that we need a menu and they give us two menus. One of them had really good looking food. The other was kinda mid. So we all ordered something from the good looking menu. Turns out this is only available after 11 am (it was 10:30 am for us). So they gave us the wrong menu. This infuriated me and my friends. The service in this restaurant is terrible and I really don’t recommend tourists and people in general to go here. Who would want to go to a restaurant that gives out...

1 star for being absolutely unaccommodating. Their breakfast menu is already very limited, and I don’t eat pork. They literally would not accommodate me by not putting ham on the ham and cheese toast…. It’s not that complicated, you just don’t put ham. There is not way you prep toast ahead of time. Then, they refused to add cheese on the English toast bread too. Absolutely horrible customer service. The French toast is also 4 small pieces (half a full piece of toast) of something that pretends to be French toast and has 0 taste. Pretty much a kids meal....

Poor customer service - instead of explaining that there was either the hand drip or regular coffee option, the waitress said "Do you know how to speak English?!" twice in an irritated tone when we were confused over the coffee options. She has blond highlights. The male waiter at the door (golden brown hair) was unfriendly as well. Coffee standard - hand drip coffee was nothing to shout about. The iced regular coffee was very bitter, to the point that it tastes burnt. Timing of orders - Fruit tea did not come, not sure if the waitress forgot to...
