If the system allows me to rate "no star" at all, I won't give any star to this shop, I have been travelling in Kansai for two weeks, I have the only bad shopping experience,is in that shop.I went there around 22:00, not so crowded....The Japanese woman with medium hair works at the second cashier which closed to the tax–free cashier, was very rude. I have never seem such service attitude in Japan, If she works in an another shop instead of donquijote, she would be fired in one week for sure. I was waiting in a line, but when I went to the first cashier, I thought realize I should scan a discount code with my phone, because I dont want the customer behind me waiting, so I told the guy worked in the first cashier,he could take care of the customer behind me first. So I move to the front a litte bit to give some space to the people behind, scaned the code, and found out I dont even need this, because the the discount is only avilable for special products.. I waited for the customer in the second cashier finished everything, I thought finally its my turn. And the crazy thing hapened, the Japanese woman pushed my cart away and asked me to go to the very back and wait in a line all over again.....I told her I was in line, and I was waiting the whole time. She questioned me back and didnt apologize or anything. Then when she was finally scanning the goods with the bad attitude face, I told her I wanted to pay the cans of drinks sperately, separate from the tax free goods. For a foreigner who doesn't speak Japanese fluently, of course the first reaction is body language.I took one of the cans to show her, I want these goods to be separatly charged. But she said ,dont touch the can! never take the goods! I was like, shocked..........How rude is that? Is she crazy or what? How can this kind of person working in a place where somehow represent the image of japan? Unbelievable! Even the foreign students work in the tax free cashier were nice, at least they have the normal attitude as staff, also as normal human being... I would never go to donquijote again because this Japanese woman really ruined the image of the shop. If the person in charge can see this, I do hope they could hire some nice...

Read moreDuring our visit to Don Quijote Namba Sennichimae with my family, we found the store to be conveniently situated in the downtown area. However, compared to other Don Quijote branches, we noticed that the variety of items and inventory seemed somewhat limited.
Despite being in a bustling location, the store appeared to have fewer choices in terms of products and brands. The shelves were not as fully stocked, and certain sections seemed sparser than what we expected from a Don Quijote store.
While we still found some interesting items and souvenirs to browse through, the overall shopping experience felt slightly underwhelming due to the relatively smaller selection. Nonetheless, the convenience of its central location remained a plus point for shoppers exploring the vibrant streets of Namba.
In conclusion, while Don Quijote Namba Sennichimae offers the convenience of being downtown, it may not have the extensive range of products and inventory that patrons might anticipate from the renowned Don...
