The staff member will greet you and sit you down to chose your plan. You choose by weight of items to be destroyed. It's pricy but worth the money! You'll pay first then suit up. Listen to safety instructions. There are no forms to fill out or safety wavers.The staff member was entertaining and spoke enough English to explain everything. There is even a phone holder so you can take videos and pictures. I got the middle weight one can't remember exactly but it came with 2 boxes of glass bottles and a tv ! I will definitely be going again if I have a chance!
