An hidden gem for an authentic Japanese experience money cannot buy, the food by this masterful chef exceeds expectations, and the experience making this a highlight of my trip.
Stumbled across this home restaurant on my last day, in an alleyway near my hotel. The chef owner barely speaks any English, but very foreigner friendly with a menu in multiple languages, and the prices are very reasonable.
My favorite dish was a miso marinated fish, extremely flavorful. Most surprised by how masterful the chef was with sashimi, highly recommended. The pan fried pork chop is more Japanese style and not how Iโd prefer it. But overall so glad this was the last restaurant I visited before...

Owners very sweet, taking photos to remember their customers by and asking for customers to sign their notebooks for memories. When we opened the door we were greeted by Mr M who was the most genuine happy person, he was so proud of his little restaurant that has been operating for 45+ years and for good reason, the food was so delicious!
