Good food although more emphasis on presentation and gimmicks than depth of flavour. Provided nice enough wine pairings when asked. The flavours in the later hot courses were balanced to perfection. Attention to detail really brought the courses to life with garnishes that tied the dishes together, worthy of one star.

Nice service, view, and atmosphere, but the food wasn’t so good. Most Japanese-French restaurants suck in my opinion. It’s all about presentation it seems. I was still hungry after my 30,000 yen course for 2. And we were charged 3000 yen for 2 bottles of Perrier. Ask for tap water if you don’t want this unhappy surprise at the end of your meal.
