Soholm cafe dining Umeda — Restaurant in Osaka

Overall good experience but the food is expensive for what it is. It's only a salad buffet (usual lettuce leaves, peppers, cherry tomatoes, various dressings and toppings [croutons etc] and also a couple of "salads" such as grated carrots with sultanas and a vinegar based dressing and a broccoli based salad) also came with basic drinks (water, orange juice, teas and coffee). Would be nice to have bread (you got a couple of small rolls with your meal, but nothing else) or something with potatoes or even rice as an option with the buffet. If you want fried potatoes (or rice) you have to pay extra and they're not cheap for the size of portion you get. Giant meat ball was a bit bland and needed seasoning (eating it with the heavily salted fries actually ended up helping it taste better). It was basically the usual Hamburg steak you get in Japan just round instead of flatter and oval. Schnitzel was ok although some of the pork was a little fatty. Think 2000yen was a little expensive for what you get, but not completely unreasonable - definitely ok if you eat a lot of salad! Cakes are expensive for both quality and quantity. Small portions, bad texture, very little taste. Service is slow and not courteous by Japanese standards, served us dirty water and covers were not properly washed. Butter pancakes came cold, the butter served on top would not even melt on them. Do not sit in the hidden corner during a hot day, air conditioning doesn't reach that spot. At least it's kids friendly with plenty of space and scandinavian...

北欧料理とインテリアのカフェ。ミートボールが美味しい！グランフロント大阪「スーホルム カフェ＋ダイニング」

インテリアショップACTUS（アクタス）がプロデュースするカフェに行って夕飯を食べてきました。 大阪梅田のグランフロント大阪にあると言うことで、梅田駅から行ったのですが、北館1階のお店の場所は一番離れたところ。 慣れていないので到着まで時間がかかってしまいました。 お店は、まずインテリアショップがあり、カフェはその奥です。 窓が大きく明るい印象、割と席数が多くテラス席もあります。 暖かい日だったのでテラス席を選びました。

ダイニングのメニューはアラカルトでも良いし、DINNER set MENU というセットメニューもありランチみたいで好印象。 お得そうだったので、DINNER set MENU にしました。
