Was looking for a place to grab dinner and chanced upon this place in the Osaka station tower. Ordered the popular oyako don but for my main, I decided to get the tsukemen instead of the soup ramen. Absolutely loved the tsukemen dipping sauce. It was super rich of flavours from the negi and packed full of duck meat. Noodles were chewy but on the softer side for me.

The oyako don was another highlight and a must try. The egg layer was still quite soft and it adds a nice texture on top of the meat and rice. It’s one of the better oyako dons I’ve tried!

Seats are limited and it’s a popular restaurant so do be prepared for a wait. You can simply get a ticket af the front of the restaurant and the staff would call numbers when tables...

鴨to葱Osaka Umeda is a must-visit spot for ramen lovers. When I found out they opened a location in Osaka, I went there as soon as I arrived. The shop's interior is cleaner and more spacious compared to the Ueno flagship store, accommodating more customers. Of course, the ramen is of the same high quality as the flagship. When the ramen arrives, the aroma of duck fills the air. The first sip of soup is rich with duck fat, and the noodles are perfectly arranged and cooked to just the right firmness. The duck meat is tender and not at all tough. Moreover, the soft-boiled egg and duck rice bowl was surprisingly enjoyable even for someone like me who usually avoids ramen with rice.
