小麦の麺神 KITTE大阪店 — Restaurant in Osaka

The ramen here was unexpectedly delicious. We had originally planned to go to another restaurant, but when we saw the long queue here, we decided to give it a try. We never expected that there were so many ramen shops in Osaka, and there was another one that truly amazed us. The taste of the chicken soup was really delicious, without any fishy smell. Instead, it was very helpful for stimulating appetite. The fresh bamboo shoots were also very tasty. Both the spicy and non-spicy chicken soups were very delicious. The noodles were very springy. It was a taste that made us want to come back again.

Our first Ramen shop in Osaka and it didnt disappoint. It was 8:20pm on a Tuesday and only had 4 people waiting in line so got lucky with not a long wait. Most of the waitresses can speak english and ordering is easy using a ticket machine. Never had a dry ramen like the meat mazesoba and it was delicious. Felt like hitting the gym after with all the gains absorbed. Whats even more amazing is they offered if i wanted rice to finish up and absorb the sauce. 《小麦の麺神 》 『名物・大阪鶏白湯 1,100円』 『レアチャーシュー丼 480円』

7/31、大阪駅直結の大型複合ビル「JPタワー大阪」内に商業施設「KITTE大阪」がグランドオープン！ その4階には南森町にある《小麦生まれ、麺育ち。》などを手がける小麦グループの新店《小麦の麺神》が入店するということで、今回レセプションにご招待頂き一足お先に潜入してきましたので詳細をご報告！ さすがは大阪駅直結の話題の商業施設KITTE大阪！プレオープンで事前登録した方しか入れないにもかかわらず多くのお客さんで賑わっていましたが、その中でも小麦の麺神さんの行列は桁違いで到着時なんと40人以上！ え！他のお店ここまで並んでないよ笑 それだけ期待されているということのようで。 今回頂いたのは、『鶏白湯ラーメン』と『チャーシュー丼』。ほんとはspecial（特製）にしたかったものの、閉店間際でトッピングも売り切れだったのでノーマルに。 しばらく待っていると着丼〜🍜

【ビジュアル】 高級感のある器にクリーミーな泡立ちのスープ、綺麗に盛り付けられたトッピング。ノーマルとはいえ見た目にも品の良さを醸し出してます。

【スープ】 まずはスープを… んっまーーーー！ 鶏の旨みを凝縮した濃厚な味わいの鶏白湯なんですがまろやかな口当たりとともに、濃厚なのに後に残る重さを感じさせないスープ！濃厚系得意ではないのにこのスープならついついレンゲが口に…(笑)

【麺】 麺はもちもち食感の太ちぢれ麺。麺を持ち上げるとスープがめちゃくちゃ絡んできて、啜るたびに口いっぱいに鶏白湯の旨みが広がります。

【トッピング】 ノーマルのトッピングには薄くスライスされたレアチャーシュー。しっとりとした食感とさっぱりとした味わいは濃厚スープの箸休めにもぴったり。

【サイドメニュー】 『チャーシュー丼』は、卵黄がとにかく濃厚でコクがすごいんです！出汁醤油をかけて頂くとほんと素晴らしい美味しさ！あまりご飯ものは頼みませんが、お腹に余裕あるならこれはぜひ一緒に食べてみて欲しいですね！ 気付けば完食完汁〜 いやー、美味しかった！ ご馳走さまでした。😋
