Came here on Aug 16, 2025 @8pm and our family order 2 north sea bowsl and 1 salmon ikura don. It was bad. Really bad. They have the audacity to give us spoiled salmon sashimi which falls apart when u grab it up with chopsticks. (See pics).
This is Japan, if ur fish is not fresh, don't serve them. Say " we are out" and "may we suggest something else".
For sure this is a tourist trap restaurant and they think our family doesn't know. Stay away from this restaurant.
BTW, they also served us dried fried rice style rice in a seafood bowl. No vinegar at all. They even have crusty rice mixed with left over soy sauce. If you see my rice bowl picture, the different colored rice wasn't me. It came like that.
At the end, they offer me to re-do another bowl. No thanks. I ended up paying 1 less bowl and when back to my hotel down the block and wrote this review.
This is my 2nd worst japanese food experience. The worst of worst was from the crab fest meal in namba...

The staff were polite and helpful, which is the only positive aspect of this restaurant. However, the dining experience was very unpleasant. The hygiene was concerning; the restroom had a bad smell, and the table felt sticky. What was even more shocking was that when the two soy sauce dishes were stacked and served, the bottom one was dirty with leftover sauce on it, making me seriously doubt if the staff had checked it.
Furthermore, the QR code ordering system has serious problems. After we submitted our order, we discovered that the previous customer's items were still in the system, forcing us to re-select everything. Even stranger, we were served dishes we never ordered mid-meal, as if the system automatically added new items for us. While the staff corrected the bill at the end and we weren't overcharged, the entire process was...
Read moreTerrible experience here, despite a listed 10pm closing time, the kitchen closed at 9pm without notice. Staff (two non-Japanese foreigners) struggled with English, making communication difficult. We weren’t allowed to use our coupon due to an unlisted “minimum spend” rule, which went against the coupon’s clear “no minimum” condition. When we offered to order more, they refused as the kitchen had already closed—at 9pm. Food quality was disappointing: tasteless noodles and microwaved tamago straight from a store-bought pack. Only saving grace was the fresh sashimi. The place was empty by 8pm, avoid this...
