Walking into Sabor a Mi was one of the best accidents that happened throughout our entire trip to Japan. We were there almost right after opening so got to spend time talking to both the owner and chef, who each could not have been kinder. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a glass of incredible natural wine, then stay for the pineapple and persimmon kimchi that was truly one of the best things...

Refused to serve a party of two westerners, telling us they were full (despite clearly having space available). We waited outside and tried our luck again after two groups of two had left, only for the owner to again say that they were full and close the...

Refused to let us enter as we were foreign? Said they were full but there was only 2 people in there. I thought the previous reviews saying this may have been an exaggeration, but...

自然派のワインを出すお店は大阪にも増えましたがワインの管理、提供の温度までしっかり考えてだしていただける少ないお店かと。 行くたびに変わるお料理も素晴らしいので二次会使いもよいけれど少人数でお料理をいただきながらワインを傾けたくなるお店。 ______ 再訪。 今回はしっかりお料理をいただくために夕ご飯として。 ここをワインバーとして認識しワインバー使いしていましたが大間違い。 次回からしっかりご飯をいただくレストランと認識して訪問したいと思います。 フライは適温で火入れが素晴らしく、パスタも絶品、そして合わせるワインもバッチリ。 シェフとソムリエールさんの阿吽の呼吸です。 大阪に行ったら必ず寄りたいお店です。 そして食べるのがおしきなお二人に大阪のおすすめのお店を聞くのも何気に楽しみです。
