If you could leave a zero stars I would. 1,800 yen for a burger that comes with only cheese - everything else is extra. Potatoes came w/the burger were ice cold... I kid you not. When guy finally brought more there was no apology only a "sorry for making you wait". When I confronted him regarding the unacceptability in serving ice-cold fries in the first place he apologized but didn't seem too concerned about the whole thing. After I took one bite of the new fries I could tell they were super old - stale fries that had been re-heated. There were 3 forks in the basket. 2 of the 3 were dirty. You scan a QR code to order and pay on your phone and that process / online menu is not very user friendly. Wake up guys. Umeda is PACKED with high quality F&B options. You're not going to be around unless you take a serious look at your attitude towards quality and value for money paid. I recommend you AVOID this place at all costs. I went alone for lunch on Saturday and only ordered a cheeseburger. The place look nice and the staff is kind.

The burger itself was a bit greasy but overall good.

However, it took 49 (yes forty-nine!!!) minutes from the time I placed my order to when I was finally served — and the restaurant wasn’t even full, just moderately busy.

休日のお昼14時頃一人で向かいました。 場所がわかりずらく悩みましたが なんとかたどりつきました。

建物の地図には店名では載っておらず 共通のフードコートとして載っていたっぽい？です。

店内は広々とした大きな窓張りになっており 外から明るい光が入ってきます。 出入り口も近いので夏場は少し暑そうかも？ 広々してるのでベビーカーや車椅子も楽々入りそうです。 カウンターとテーブルも多くあり、カウンターに案内されました。

メニューは6店舗くらい入ってるお店のメニュー表が各ラミネートされており まとめてリングで留められてました。

お目当てのハンバーガーのメニューからQRで注文します。 切ったやつシングルパティ＋サラダで1900円ほどだったと思います。 数量限定とかいてましたが簡単に注文できました。 席が受け取り口の真横だったので 常に定員さんが真横におり少し緊張します。 もう少し距離とってくれたらいいのになと思いました。

10分ほどで提供されました。 待ちに待ったハンバーガー。楽しみです。 まずはサラダからいただきました。わりと量があります。 一つ一つが大きいので少し食べにくいですがドレッシングの他に 塩も少しかかっていて塩味があって美味しかったです。

半分ぐらいサラダを食べてから 溜まらずハンバーガーに。 付属の紙に入れて頬張ります。 パティが肉々しくて粗挽きのような感じがします！美味しい！ 飲むように2口目も頬張ります。 バンズのカリッとサクッとしてて美味い！！！！ でも他の口コミまでありましたが断面と玉ねぎは少し焦げが多くあるように感じます。 でもそれも旨さの一つかと思うので焦げが気になる人にはあまりお勧めではないかもです。

どんどん食べすすみ、あっという間に無くなりました。 ポテトは普通かな？可も無く不可も無く美味しいです。 小食の私には少しだけ多く感じましたが 全然食べきれるボリューム感です。

一人でもサクッと食べれる気軽さと 他のお店のメニューも同時に食べれるので 子連れで来ても別店舗のお子様カレー(だったかな?)を頼んだりできるので ファミリーにもおすすめかなと思います。
