However, the mid 50s staff came over to tell me to “down” the volume in this noisy atmosphere and also my table was next to their bar where they make drink and call customers name. I can hear everyone talking so loudly . I don’t feel welcome and she knew I’m a tourist and should not be so rude. Ashame of yourself. Please well train your staff Starbucks. I have been to at least 10 countries Starbucks and never been tell off. If you required such a quiet environment to work in, I suggest you to look for a job in a library. Again, the volume is guarantee reasonable.

We walked by Starbucks and saw that they have limited time matcha Frappuccino for two weeks in November. OH MY GOD IT IS SO GOOD. WISH WE HAD THIS IS THE UNITED STATES. What a delicious combo. In the US we always get green tea frappe but it ends up being too much ice and not that sweet. This one is a great desert. The size is small so it’s not too much. Apparently you can only get this in Osaka too for these two weeks. WE GOT REAL LUCKY.

This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to and it fails horribly to reflect Starbucks values and commitment to customer service.

I ordered my usual coffee and when I drank my drink it turned out to be hot chocolate. When I tried to bring this to staff’s attention, I was told that it was what I had ordered. After making it clear that this hot (now cold) chocolate was not what I ordered I finally received my coffee.

I sat down and was enjoying the atmosphere. There were people chatting and having a laugh. There was music playing. I decided to call my family from overseas to show them the atmosphere.

Shockingly, I was approached by the staff members who demanded that I turn down my phone volume. This was in circumstances where I could hear the conversation from the group of people from the other side of the Starbucks. When I pointed it out the hypocrisy, they called other staff members to bully me into turning off my phone.

To all foreigners, do not bother visiting this rubbish store. They apply a different set of rules to you. There are plenty of other better...
