The best matcha tiramisu I’ve ever had—so good I had to order a second one! The flavor was rich, perfectly balanced between the earthy bitterness of matcha and the creamy sweetness of the tiramisu. It completely exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression.

On the other hand, the matcha latte was a bit of a letdown. It tasted quite mild and lacked the depth and richness I was hoping for. It wasn’t bad, just not particularly memorable compared to the tiramisu.

The café itself is located underground, but it’s easy to find and has a cozy, hidden-gem kind of vibe. I visited during winter, and while they had the heater on, it made the air feel a bit stuffy inside. Still, that was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise delightful experience.

I fancied the tiramisu again that I originally had in Kyoto and ordered a warm latte on the side with that.

The service is similar to their other venues and is as efficient too. The latte was made with the perfect temperature and tasted the same as in both venues in Kyoto. The Tiramisu on the other hand wasn't infused the same way. The sponge was still white instead of matcha'y green and flavourful. Due to the difference it definitely changed the whole taste of the dish. It is still not bad, but definitely more "plain" than the one in Kyoto.

The store is kept really clean and the place is kept that way as well. It was a tiny hassle to find since this venue is inside the underground area, per which I somehow thought it was above ground.

We ordered the matcha tiramisu and a matcha tea set. The tiramisu was good but I wouldn't come here unless this was on the way. The matcha tea was quite bitter but fragrant. I don't know if it is normal but the amount of tea was very small (the price was 800 yen on its own) For just the food I would give it a 4 but I deducted a point for service: There wasn't anyone waiting in line and they only had the menu at the front. The girl working there seemed annoyed we didn't order right away and spoke decent English to us. So we tried to hurry up with our order.
