Horrible customer service. I strongly do not recommend this place. Rude cashier! Go to Yoshinoya down the street instead as that chain has better customer service and food. please avoid this place!!! Very rude server. Insist I take away food to eat even though they serve others eat in who come in later than I do. They weren't even closing! Why bring me a foam bowl and a bag insisting I eat elsewhere? After waiting a long time for food. Gave my a take away food even though I didn't order take away. Had to eat in the foam bowl. Will never come here again. Please do not come here. Please DO NOT eat here!!! Both the people who I interacted at this "restaurant" were rude. I think this is a chain restaurant. Worst Experience in Japan.

I’ve always encountered Japanese people who are very intricate in their service and polite in their actions.

What I saw tonight was one of the worst customer service I’ve encountered in Japan. The two ladies who were serving us did not have a smile, but they have this angry look when dealing with us. Even when we were paying, she was very impolite in her gestures.

Even though the food was okay, the attitude of the staff made me lose my appetite. The manager/owner should really discipline those two in charge during 20th October...

Happy with the food and service on this resto! I had mini gyudon (okonomiyaki style) and it was really good! I peeled the poached egg myself which also adds to the experience. There is miso soup and salad included on the set, and glass of water you can refill when needed. Price is affordable. I find the pad very easy to use and advantegeous for foreigners to select meal on their preferred language. Staff are fast and approachable as well. Im a huge fan of Detective Conan anime and Im soooo happy they have collaboration! Just perfect. I got Akai as freebie...
