大仁門 色内本店 — Restaurant in Otaru

I want to express my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful experience I had at this BBQ restaurant on January 24th and 25th. The food was incredibly delicious, and the owner was exceptionally friendly. Despite the network issues that caused we can’t pay, although the restaurant already at closed time but the owner kindly waited for us for over 10 minutes and maintained a great attitude.

As someone from China who doesn’t speak Japanese, I truly appreciated the assistance of one of your waiters. He was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and even recognized us from our previous visit. He helped us with translations like a friend (I regret not getting his contact information to express my gratitude properly).

The service at this restaurant has been the best experience I’ve had in Japan. Thank you...

Ventilation is really bad. Food was not good compared with their Kutchan shop. I thought this is the main shop but it turn out only two young boys running the shop...The guy working in bar seems more experienced but the guy on floor seems really new and dunno much about service... I love this brand but i will never recommend anyone going to this shop. The floor is sticky, menu is sticky, seats are sticky... They should work on their hygiene...or just learn from their Kutchan branch. Everything so much...

First, it has poor service. the waiter was not impatient though, but he was so inconsiderable. Since we didn’t have small dishes to place our cooked meat, hasty we are that serving the meat from the grill net right into our mouths. Second,the quantity of meat is little. Even 3000 yen per person is not enough. Sadly we put high expectation on Japanese yakiniku, this time really...
