Wagyu Kurosawa Main Store — Restaurant in Otaru

I was really looking forward to trying 和牛黒澤, as I had heard good things about it. However, I was very disappointed with my experience there.

The food was mediocre at best. The wagyu beef was way too tough, and the pieces of beef in the sukiyaki was too small . In addition, the sukiyaki sauce was very salty and I could hardly hold in my urge to throw up. The service at the restaurant was, for me, terrible, as I when I raised my hand to order, I found that the staff completely ignored my requests and simply went to lounge in the kitchen.

Overall, I would not recommend 和牛黒澤 to anyone, as neither the food or service could meet my expectations and it was such a huge disappointment that I would much rather go to a different restaurant next...

Tl;dr get only Gyukatsu here. This is the only dish I felt was worth its price here. The rest weren't worth it at all for me.

I got the sukiyaki and we tried the beef steak, but they cannot compare to the gyukatsu. The sukiyaki was just okay and there was barely any soup given. The meat was of good quality though being soft and easy to eat. The beef steak, I didn't like it at all and it had a grainy texture to it. Avoid ordering this one.

The staff ignored the customers. I called them three times, but they still didn’t come to take my order. Instead, they prioritized taking orders from two newly arrived tables. The service was terrible and disappointing—absolutely unimpressive.

The food took an incredibly long time to arrive. I ordered two sets, both of which included rice according to the menu, but only one set came with rice. Even worse, the rice had run out and wasn’t ready to be served, leaving the customers waiting with no apologies from the staff.

The staff’s attitude was unwelcoming, treating us as if we were there to eat for free. It was absolutely appalling. I’ve never encountered a restaurant in Japan with such carelessness and terrible service. If possible, take my advice: do not eat at this restaurant.

スタッフはお客様を無視しました。3回呼び出しても注文を取りに来ず、代わりに新しく到着した2つのテーブルの注文を優先していました。サービスはひどく、がっかりしました。全く印象に残りませんでした。

料理が届くのに非常に長い時間がかかりました。2セット注文しましたが、メニューにはどちらもご飯が含まれていると書かれていたのに、実際にはご飯が付いていたのは1セットだけでした。それどころか、ご飯が切れていて準備ができておらず、お客様を待たせたままで、スタッフから謝罪の一言もありませんでした。

スタッフの態度はお客様を歓迎するものではなく、まるで無料で食べに来たかのような扱いを受けました。本当に最悪でした。日本でこんなにずさんでひどいサービスのレストランに出会ったのは初めてです。可能であれば、私のアドバイスを信じて、このレストランには行かないようにしてください。

工作人员无视顾客。我叫了他们三次，但他们还是没有过来接单，反而优先为刚到的两桌客人服务。服务非常差，让人失望，完全没有任何让人印象深刻的地方。

食物等了非常久才上来。我点了两份套餐，菜单上都包含米饭，但实际送上来的只有一份有米饭。而且米饭居然用完了，没准备好，让顾客一直等待，但工作人员连一句道歉都没有。

工作人员的态度很冷漠，就好像我们是来吃免费的。真是太糟糕了。我从未在日本遇到过这样粗心大意、服务如此差的餐厅。如果可能的话，请听我的建议，不要来这家餐厅用餐。
