B [it's aight / 還可以]

· found a random lunch special pasta outside Kinshicho station

· no english menu so Google translate + ChatGPT was my best friend

· ordered their black wagyu meat sauce pasta (which was their lunch recommendation at 1200 Yen as of October 2024)

· pasta had a strong meaty smell that was not very inviting

· noodle was on the harder side but still edible

· only a few small minced wagyu pieces (i was imagining meat slices so it was disappointing)

· came with a smol tomato soup + green salad

· i would order other pasta dishes instead cause this one was not worth the $$$

· only cash + paypay available for payment = no good

tldr: pasta...

While I am not Italian, I’ve been to Italy and eaten pastas there before and I can confirm this restaurant uses the same size/type of noodles and cooks them al denté! The eggplant is SOOO good too, my mum and I are eggplant lovers and we loved the eggplant. The service was also great, they are attentive with quick and kind service. thank you for making it a good experience...

La pasta es natural y hecha con una maquina de pasta que tienen en un rinconcito. Me encanta pedir carbonara. Seguramente habré comido mejor pasta en algún otro sitio, sin embargo este restaurante, es especial, y puedes realmente saborear la comida, con un buen vino. Además el ambiente es tranquilo, y puedes disfrutar de películas (sin sonido) realmente buenas, de las que ya no se hacen.
