I would really recommend going here, even if the entrance may seem intimidating at first! Basically, like at any other restaurant in Japan, you just ask the personnel at the entrance and they will give you a waiting number and lead you to the waiting room.
Then, the real experience begins: The restaurant has a large variety of Japanese cuisine that looked delicious. I would have loved to try it out, but I did not come for savory, I came for sweets! After 16:00, you can order crêpe suzette, which costs 2200 yen, but includes the experience of them being made right at your table.
It was delicious and I would definitely go again (and maybe also try the savory dishes next time, especially the curry smelled very good.
