I always buy bread from them more than 4 years but today there was very impolite treatment, the cashier didn’t check the product price and asked me to paid 1700¥ for three pieces of toast bread that normally 200¥!!! I asked another cashier he understood and he apologized for it but she didn’t apologized and she didn’t do refund process so another cashier did refund process. I hope Johan and Mitsukoshi considering this complain and they hire...

The breads here are delicious - However, I was quite shocked to see some tourists placing their bags on the tray area—it felt really unhygienic from a Japanese perspective. Please be careful and respectful of this space so everyone can...

ジョアン　日本橋三越 ジョアンのパンは絶対買いっ‼️特にハード系が好きです♡ かなりの売り場面積があるジョアン！ 日本橋三越のジョアンは沢山の工夫？お知らせがあって楽しかった🥐 ジョアン誕生42周年で5月末までフランスブルターニュを美味しく味わうフェアをしてましたよ‼️ また日本橋ジョアン限定の焼きとうもろこし🌽バター醤油仕立て260円、店長オススメとろーり4種のチーズブレッド465円、チーフオススメ鳴門金時と塩バター270円とオススメされてました‼️ 私はプティバタール292円とベーコンエピをお買い上げ (フェアのものでなく💦) どちらも少しオーブントースターで焼いて、とっても美味しくいただきました！ プティバタールはマヨ、サラダ、サラミ、とろけるチーズを挟んでホットサンドに！ 素敵な朝ごはんになりました！ごちそうさまでした！

ミニクロワッサン、チョコのミニクロワッサンが人気で、いつも並んでいる専門のコーナー。平日でこれですから、私のような忍耐力のない人間は、いつも諦めてしまいます。 通常の商品レジは、それ程混まないというか、レジの数がある為、本日はそちらで買い物。売り場もまあまあ広く、新館との境界線のような場所の旧館にあります。今回は以下を購入。 ハード系のフランスパン、バケット系全粒粉２種、ともにハーフサイズ。日本橋限定の塩ロールパン、ベーコンエピ。やっぱりハード系、もちもち、歯応えのある生地が絶妙です。焼き上がりの黒糖ロール、まろやかなこくのある甘みが楽しめる。あと、チェリーが入ってるカスタードの甘系菓子パンは、甘すぎて胃がもたれ、あたすにはトゥマッチな御品でした。総計1792円。価格のバランスも良いと思う。
