We happened upon this place and are so glad we did! It was sooo good. We got the noodles in the house made soy sauce and a pork monjayaki for the two of us and that was perfect.

We walked up right before final call and after agreeing to a woman that we would both order drinks and entrees she sat us at a table (not mad about that at all, we have learned that when a place says it is closing at a certain time they are likely stopping service a bit earlier than that—our experience so far). Then we ordered and got drinks and they made a little omelet to get us started. So perfectly cooked. Then they made the noodles which were so good that we almost wanted another order. Then the woman that let us in came and made our monjayaki. Her name is Akari and she took the whole experience to the next level! She made sure we had everything we wanted and told us all about monjayaki! She was absolutely amazing!! We would go back just to visit her she was so nice and so fun to chat with. We didn’t totally know when or how to eat it and she coached us without a fuss. So kind of her. Then when we were leaving she even offered to spray us with deodorizer because of the grill smell. Not mad about that at all! The place was great. But Akari made...

TL;DR: Expensive burned food, couldn't return it because of the language barrier (shouldn't have been a problem they noticed it themselves)

First Review, but it was pretty bad. You pay to get a table + the food (it's pretty expensive for Japan and you won't get full unless you order alot). Our food was completely burned(see the pictures, right one was worse then the left one on the bottom). The service personnel walked past us multiple times. After some time one of them came flipped our food gave the original waitress a weird look and then proceeded to "finish" one of the Okonomiyaki. After flagging our original waitress down and showing her the second one, we asked if this is normal and she said it's okay. After some more time I flagged down another waitress wanting to return it but she instead understood that she should finish it with the sauce... Well we left alot as you can see in the picture. Not all of it was burned but we couldn't separate it from the...

We have just been in this restaurant and it was a terrible experience. First of all, because we were 6 people, we kindly requested a table where we can sit together with our friends. The waitresses said you may wait for one hour but actually there were many empty spaces. Then we were pushed to sit seperately as 4+2, but at the same time, we had realized that there was a table available for 6 people; however the waitresses refused to welcome us to that table and said that those tables are "closed". Then we sit anyway seperately but 5 minutes later those tables that waitresses rejected to take us in were filled with other customers, and naturally we complained about it, because that clearly showed that they lied to us!!! Then, other tables became available, but they also refused to change our tables and said they we can leave if we want. So, at the end we were kicked out!!! It was a terrible terrible and...
