The first and second floors are filled with mini retail outlets and the selection of goods and items are relatively limited. However, You will find some exotic items for sale here like antique and very exclusive tea sets made of steel and there is also a Anello retailer offering the latest models on full display. As usual, you will get tax free shopping with purchase over ¥5,000. There is a 24-hour tax-free shopping mall within walking distance of about 20m from Rox, called Don.Qui Jote which tourists will find interesting. Within its vicinity, there are lots of convenient stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson as well as small restaurants offering both local Japanese food, Chinese noodles as well as Italian cuisine with prices aimed at the local upper class as well as tourists alike.
