Bakery & Cafe Yamazaki in Taito is a little slice of heaven that deserves a solid five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Let's talk about the baked goods first because, oh my goodness, they are divine. Freshly baked bread that's crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside – it's like they've mastered the art of bread-making. And don't even get me started on their pastries – each one is a little piece of perfection, whether you're into flaky croissants or decadent danishes.
But it's not just about the carbs here. Their coffee game is strong, too. Sip on a perfectly brewed cup while you enjoy the cozy atmosphere and maybe even indulge in a little people-watching.
And let's not forget about the service. The staff here is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door.
So, whether you're in need of a quick breakfast on the go or you're looking for a cozy spot to catch up with friends, Bakery & Cafe Yamazaki has got you covered. Trust me, you'll be coming...
Read moreA great bakery that offers good variety. One of the reasons we chose this bakery was because it was open earlier than many of the other bakeries around.
We ended up getting a melon pan and another bun with some sweet filling in it. The melon pan was nice and crunchy with a good texture, well balanced in flavour and not too sweet. I'd personally prefer it a bit sweeter, but that comes down to taste buds.

There were a bunch of items that were being made in the morning, and since we arrived quite early, I don't blame them. The person working at the counter was very nice and friendly, but didn't speak much English.
The eating area on the second floor was nice and spacious, but there's a smoking room right beside it, and although it was enclosed, you could still easily smell the smoke.
Overall I'm glad that we tried this bakery, they had some really interesting items that I'd go...
Read moreStrong 4.5/5. The pumpkin bread is amazing. Soft with a great chew you expect from a Japanese bakery. It has a great sugar crust that adds a nice crunchy contrast texture. Very well balanced in flavor, not overly sweet, but you know it is a pastry. Filled with a sweet creamy pumpkin filling. You will not be disappointed. They have other great offerings such as milk bread that is pillowy and a great chew. Salmon, and katsu sandwiches to go. Great stop for a quick snack or lunch on the go.
Great service. They are fast and take credit card

I wish they had a bigger selection, but the small selection they do have is...
