本日は予約を取って頂いた、焼肉 房家 本郷三丁目 1号店に行ってきました‼️

東京メトロ丸の内線・本郷三丁目駅から徒歩5分くらいの距離にあります(°▽°)

本日は、カウンターの席に案内されました✨ まずは、スーパードライの生ビール(¥693)で乾杯です♪(^^)o∀∀o(^^*)♪

本日の注文は、 ◯厳選盛り6種盛り4〜5人前(¥10,978) ・本日は、サーロイン炙り、タテバラ、芯々ロース、肩三角、トモ三角、上ももが4枚ずつ入っています☆ バカタレっていうタレに漬けたり、塩やワサビで肉を食べましたが、どれも最高に美味しかったです(((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o))) ◯タン盛り合わせ2人前〜(1人前¥1,848) ・特タン芯、上タン、タンサキ、タンすじ、タン下 と、舌を縦切りにして全部の部位を食べられるタンしゃぶがありました✨ どれも美味しかったですね(((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o))) ◯出来たて白菜キムチ(¥528) ・コッチョリという韓国の別名で、サラダ感覚の味付けキムチです。 あっさりしていてツマミに最高でした☆ ◯センマイ刺し(¥858) ・サンチュに巻いてキムチと肉と一緒に食べると、味に深みが出ますね✨ ◯サンチュ(¥968) ・お肉との相性を追求した絶対の味付けサラダです。 とのことで、サシの強い肉は、しっかり包んで食べました(o^^o)

飲み物のおかわりは、生搾りレモンハイ(¥638)にしましたが、スッキリしていて酸っぱくてとても良かったです♪ ◯和牛サーロインの鉄火寿司(¥1,078) ・〆に頼みました☆ ここで赤ワイン(¥550)飲みながら食べたのですが、最高に美味しかったです(((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o)))

こちらのお店は、料理が美味しいのはモチロンなんですが、接客がとてつもなく素晴らしいですね✨ 申し訳なくなるくらいに丁寧な接客で、接遇の面も含めてとても勉強になりましたm(__)m

Today's order is ◯Selected selection of 6 types for 4 to 5 people (¥10,978) ・Today, we have 4 pieces each: grilled sirloin, vertical ribs, heart loin, shoulder triangle, leg triangle, and upper thigh☆ I marinated the meat in a sauce called Bakatare, and ate it with salt and wasabi, and it was all extremely delicious (((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o))) ◯Assorted tongue for 2 servings (1 serving ¥1,848) ・Special tongue core, upper tongue, tongue saki, tongue line, lower tongue There was a tongue shabu where you could cut the tongue vertically and eat all parts of it✨ Everything was delicious (((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o))) ◯Freshly made Chinese cabbage kimchi (¥528) Another name for Korean kimchi is kochori, which is a seasoned kimchi that tastes like a salad. It was light and great as a snack ☆ ◯Senmai sashimi (¥858) ・If you wrap it in a sandwich and eat it with kimchi and meat, the flavor will deepen. ◯Sanchu (¥968) ・This is an absolutely seasoned salad that goes well with meat. So, I wrapped the meat well and ate it with strong marbling (o^^o)

For a second drink, I had freshly squeezed lemon high (¥638), and it was refreshing, sour, and very good♪ ◯Wagyu beef sirloin tekka sushi (¥1,078) ・I asked for the finale ☆ I ate here while drinking red wine (¥550) and it was absolutely delicious (((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o)))

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the customer service is amazing. The customer service was so polite that I felt sorry for it, and I learned a lot, including the aspect of customer service m(__)m

Service and atmosphere is good! The staff is really helpful and they communicate with us on how to grill each cut of the beef. The atmosphere wise, I can say that it really feels like a real local place. With many salarymen joined in after their work. However, the food is not as great. The meat was too chewy until my girlfriend actually had to spit some of the cuts out. Some cuts are quite interesting and unique, like Horumon or Cow intestine. 本郷三丁目駅から5分くらいの場所にあります。 房家の大きなちょうちんと焼肉の暖簾が かかっているので 遠くからでもすぐ見つけられました。

休日の夕方17時半過ぎくらいにお伺いしたのですが 既に店内賑わっていてほぼ満席の状態。

場所柄か学生さんがかなり多かった様な印象です。 次々に食べ終えて退店される方と 予約してる方してない方も次々に来店される方も 常にひっきりなしで人気の高さが伺えました。

メニューの方は 今回はアラカルトでオーダーしました。

★房家四種ハーフ　3014円 ◎サーロイン炙り お店の方が焼いてくれて味付けまでして下さったので 最高に美味しい状態でいただけました。 塩味がガツンときいてワサビも多めに つけてもらったのですが お肉のジューシーさとマッチしてまろやかに。 柔らかくて絶品です！！

◎肩芯 特製しょうゆダレをつけて頂きました。 お肉の旨味がたっぷり香ばしく美味！

◎なかにく あっさりしていてもたれないお肉です。 おろしダレとの食べ合わせが個人的には好みでした。

◎芯玉 お肉はあっさりめでどんな調味料とも合う感じでした。 おろしダレをつけてみましたが抜群の旨さ！

★房家サラダ(塩味) 968円 きゅうりとレタスのシャキシャキ感があって すごく新鮮さ抜群で、お肉と合わせて食べても 相性良くバッチリでした！

★和牛サーロインの鉄火寿司　1078円 美味しいお肉はツヤツヤお米との相性も良きです。 シェアメニューとしても良き一品でした。

★石焼ガーリックライス　小　748円 ガーリックの香りが更に食欲を増します。 単品でも美味しいですが お肉と食べても最高の旨味の後押しの 仕事をしてくれる優秀な一品！

★もやしナムル　330円 お肉や他のメニューと合わせて食べても美味しい。 お値段以上に結構ボリュームもあり。

★カクテキ(大根) 528円 想像より結構辛めで本格的です。 辛いの好きな方にもおすすめの一品です。
