I wanted to like this place and I started out with high hopes! We arrived just around opening time and were third or fourth in line at best.
The servers were kind and helpful with distributing menu and taking orders.
Our order was not particularly extensive. Two drinks, one crepe, and two soft serve ice creams. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive, the crepe took 45 minutes. The two ice creams took 1 hour to arrive 😧😧😧. All the food arrived roughly twenty minutes apart.
I think the food is ok, perhaps the crepe was the best? The fig and cream was yummy, crepe was quite well cooked!
The soft serve is okay, some people said it was like cremia but I thought it leaned a bit icy and less creamy like cremia. It’s on the less sweet side, not too much umami in the soft serve as well. Visually quite appealing though!
We got unsweetened drinks, with a drizzle of honey. They were decent, I think milk to tea ratio was good. But again not sure if it was worth the entire wait and all.
Atmosphere is nice, clean place, nice place to chat.
I wonder if they are a bit understaffed? Hope they can get food and drinks in/out more efficiently, that will help improve...

I don't like the attitude of female clerk in lunch shift much, I wanted crepe and beverage that doesn't include in tea set. I think I made it clear that I 'don't want a tea set' (I said ティセットいらない、単品のみ) and said I want other beverage (tea soda) but she keep insist that if I order crepe only and other beverage it would be more expensive. She even assume that I don't understand Japanese but I do. which I feel a little insulted.
I felt so uncomfortable and decided to select some tea in set because it's so hot and I'm hungry, I don't want to fight back or make an argument.
If customer order something that doesn't against cafe's rules. Just take that order and don't make a pressure, say unnecessary recommending things on customers. I don't want to eat or drink things I don't like. And that beverage I need is not that...
Read moreTried the matcha soft cream, it was simply terrible. Hard, dense and a horrible taste. Had 2-3 licks and didn’t want to submit myself to eat the rest; due to the lack of rubbish bin in Japan I had to go to a toilet in Omotesando Hills to throw the rest away in the sink. Even though hot water was coming out of the tap, it took 5 minutes to melt, so dense it was (I didn’t want to leave the brick of this green ice cream that looked like a green p**p in the sink). Worst ¥590...
